I love my brown zip-through cardigan !

There are two things about it that are a bit of a disappointment:
1. The pilling is extreme and having to rid the cardigan of all the little balls is certain to make the cardigan thinner.
2. The lack of an exchange service for items is inconvenient.

I'm afraid I do not know how to add a photo or video (below)

Unfortunately, we can only exchange for Australian orders, we cannot process exchanges.

In regard to pilling, we do expect some pilling initially with natural fibres, however, this should be a temporary process. All wool has short and long fibres, the shorter fibres will naturally work their way to the surface and once these have gone you are left with long fibres that will not pill. The pills can easily be removed with a pilling comb and the pilling should settle after the first few wears and wash.

I like the style and fit, have only worn twice and it’s showing signs of pilling, disappointing.
