I have been an owner of one of these cardigans for approx 14 years. I has been washed regularly in the washing machine and I have not had any problems.
I have bought 2 more in different colours. My only complaint is they are too long for me. I suit more boxy cardigans they would need to be about 25ins (3 inches shorter)
