The price was higher than from Hotter
The choice of sizes was fewer than from Hotter
The cost of returns was exorbitant
The customer service staff speak poor English and show zero understanding
The advice on Trustpilot was shop elsewhere

Very comfortable sandals which will be just right for holidays. Soft pink/grey colour with adjustable straps at the heels and across the toes. I hope to get a lot of wear out of them.
