Nice finish, but for me this was too short in the body, so unfortunately returned it

The blouse was a bit too small so I wanted to return it immediately. I had paid the £2.50 in advance in case I needed to do so, which I thought was a strange policy, but there was no pre paid Post Office return form included in the package. Two telephone calls to Customer Services during which I was promised that a PO Returns form would be sent and I still have not received one so have been unable to return the item.
The blouse itself is nice but small.
