The blouse is a good quality and a hard to find colour. But mostly Woolovers customer service was great when I contacted them for help as my parcel had not arrived. It was in fact on its way back to Woolovers for an unfathomable reason and was the only one of its size left. The very helpful customer service adviser made sure that a note to send the received return back out to me again was placed on the order and despite my scepticism, this worked. That person should be thanked but unfortunately I did not take a name.
