The colours are true to the website. Being lambswool I expected it to be thinner but it is quite thick. Not a criticism, just different from what I expected. Maybe the lighter colours made me think it was a summer jumper, however it will be well used in colder weather.

The jumper itself looked lovely but it pulled and pilled really easily and after 2 hours of wearing it had 6 pulls in it ( and I felt very embarrassed) and after half a day it had pilled so badly that I I contemplated throwing it away. It was warm lovely and warm.

In regard to pilling, we do expect some pilling initially with natural fibres, however, this should be a temporary process. All wool has short and long fibres, the shorter fibers will naturally work their way to the surface and once these have gone you are left with long fibres that will not pill. The pills can easily be removed with a pilling comb and the pilling should settle after the first few wears and wash.
