I can't love the item as it was not delivered, you use Evri for deliveries and they are useless. Parcel never delivered and I had to ring twice to yourselves in order to be refunded.
Woolovers generally good quality IF you receive the goods.

It's a lovely cozy cardigan with a slightly more sparkly feel due to the buttons and beads.

The sweater sizing was challenging and received the incorrect size.
I tried to call the number on the website, but was no longer in service. I sent an email to the company and they responded quickly with a toll-free telephone number. I was directed to the online portal exchange, but unfortunately, the portal wouldn’t allow me to proceed. However, I was able to receive and print a return postal label.
I sent the sweater back for an exchange, which was received, but haven’t received any feedback from the company. Luckily I had the tracking information. The site indicates it could take 28 days for refund. I’m not sure about an exchange.

I liked the color and the wool. I can take or leave the cashmere mix. I cannot provide additional review because the sizing.
Hopefully I receive the exchanged sweater soon.
