I paid via PayPal and was charged an international conversion fee. The first time ever via PayPal. When I rang about this they said in Qs & As that there is information that clients maybe charged a conversion fee if using PayPal.
To put it bluntly, I didn’t have a question about my order, delivery, or anything else that I could think of. So why put the information in Qs&As. This important information should be on your checkout screen. If it were, I would have paid directly by credit card.
I am not happy and will not purchase any of your goods again. Please, also remove my name from your mailing list. There will be two winners then, me and the other nvironment.
