I’ve purchased from woolovers in the past and because my partner liked his guernsey style sweater so much I ordered another. I ordered the same size and a similar colour to his last one. When it arrived I was not impressed with the thin inferior feel wool , at least 5-7cm shorter in the arm length and 2-3 cm shorter in body length . I rang their supper line ,sent two emails with photographic evidence. The rude chap on support line gave out a different email address as he said the one on the returns note was no good !?
