The stool itself is lively but the company is so bad. Woolovers told me they knew they didn’t have the stool I ordered on stock so they just sent me a different one, which meant my daughter didn’t get her Christmas present this year. Instead of being honest like any other company di that I would have time to order one my daughter would like from a different company they pretended to have my one I’d chosen and then kept sending emails saying the delivery was delayed instead of the truth.
They were really unhelpful on the phone and after 40 minutes the conclusion we got to was they’d give me £9 back to say sorry. It was a really expensive stool so this isn’t much when I had no choice so at least my daughter would have something to open on Christmas.
Really upsetting they knowingly sent the wrong product so I would g have time to order from another company. And really rude on the phone just so unnecessary. I’ll be avoiding this company from now on
