Here at Wool Overs we have a great selection of British Wool Certified Walking & Hiking Knitwear, as well as garments using other natural fibres such as Cashmere and Cotton. The wool we like to use is British, which has a long-standing reputation of being one of the most versatile, strong and high quality natural fibres in the world! We also have many garments in super soft 100% Lambswool, which retains the strength and quality of the heavier knits but also has that amazing look and lighter feel which could only be associated with Lambswool. All our wool knitwear is of a very high quality, from the design and natural materials used right through to the dyes and of course the manufacturing.
Examples of knitted Walking Hiking garments that you can find here include the classic 'Countryman Jumper' (British Wool, £39) which is a traditional heavy knit jumper with Suede Pads on the shoulders and elbows. Then we have the 'Hillwalker Shooting Sweater' (British Wool, £39), which is also a heavy knit garment but closer knit when compared to the Countryman, the Hillwalker has the Suede Padding on the shoulders and also the addition of a Zip Neck for added versatility whilst out and about.
More suited to the ladies is the unisex 'Mark Zip Cardigan' (British Wool, £35) which has full length zip and two pockets, the 'Glen Loch Zipper' (Pure Lambswool, £35) which is similar to the 'Mark' but lighter and with just the Neck zip, or the more stylish 'Ladies Hoody' (Cashmere Merino, £25) and 'Trimmed Girly Zip Jumper' (Pure Lambswool, £25) all of which are ideal for a jaunt through the countryside in style!
