3Have your Voucher Code ready! You can pay any difference on your order by credit or debit card.
4If you don't use the full value of your voucher, you can use the code again and again until it's empty!
Wool Overs Gift Vouchers & Certificates can be redeemed against any item listed in our brochures, or on our websites, only when placing orders via the websites, the brochures or in our factory shop.
Your full statutory rights for products exchanged for Gift Vouchers still apply.
Wool Overs Gift Vouchers & Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or remitted against earlier orders previously placed.
Any unused balance from any Gift Voucher or Certificate will be stored on our computer systems and the voucher code may continue to be used until it has no value.
Unfortunately we cannot re-issue stolen, lost, damaged or mislaid fixed-value paper vouchers.
Wool Overs Gift Vouchers and Certificates and any unused balance expire after 2 years from date of issue.
If the total cost or your order exceeds the value of the Voucher or Certificate you are redeeming, you can pay the difference by card, cheque or by cash in the factory shop.
If you return an item purchased with a Gift Voucher or Certificate, your Wool Overs account will be credited with the value of the item. No cash refunds will be given.
