Arrived crumpled...would not expect to iron a coat before wearing. Not good fabric.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry you received the item in that condition, we do not send out are garments in that condition, our garments are professionally steamed or ironed and folded before being sent out, I can only assume this happened during transit, I have had this before with ordering clothes online, unfortunately once the order leaves us it is then in the hands of the courier, sorry for the inconvenience casued.
